Ferrari to Bring Back Schumacher Era with Special Monza Livery

Ferrari is expected to unveil a special livery for its home Italian Grand Prix at Monza, continuing the tradition of introducing unique designs for the team’s home race. According to a report from Autoracer, the SF-26 cars of Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton could feature a livery inspired by Ferrari’s 1996 F310, the car driven by Michael Schumacher during his first season with the Scuderia. The design is reportedly set to feature Ferrari’s traditional red alongside black elements and gold wheels. However, the modern interpretation is not expected to be an exact recreation of the original F310 livery. Schumacher joined Ferrari in 1996 after securing two World Championships with Benetton. Although success did not come immediately, his partnership with the Scuderia eventually produced one of the most dominant periods in Formula 1 history, with Schumacher winning five consecutive Drivers’ Championships from 2000 to 2004. The potential Monza livery would therefore mark 30 years since the beginning of Schumacher’s Ferrari journey and serve as a tribute to an era that had a lasting impact on both the team and Formula 1.Ferrari is expected to officially present the special SF-26 livery next week ahead of the Italian Grand Prix.
