Sharabutdin Magomedov Arrives in Baku Ahead of UFC Fight Night
Sharabutdin "Shara Bullet" Magomedov has arrived in Baku ahead of his highly anticipated bout against Michel Pereira at UFC Fight Night: Fiziev vs. Torres, scheduled for June 27.
The Russian middleweight contender is set to face Pereira in the co-main event of the tournament. Upon his arrival at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, Magomedov shared his thoughts on the upcoming fight and the opportunity to compete in the Azerbaijani capital.
"The Pirate of the Caspian has arrived in Baku. I am delighted to be here. I feel great, my mood is excellent, and my full focus is on the fight ahead," Magomedov said.
"Over the coming days, I will complete my acclimatization, finalize my preparations, and successfully make weight to ensure I enter the Octagon in the best possible condition.
"I want to deliver an exciting and memorable performance for the fans and showcase the true spirit of the Caucasus inside the Octagon. Many of my friends, relatives, and compatriots will be coming to Baku, and I am confident the arena will be packed with passionate supporters, creating an incredible atmosphere."
Magomedov also thanked fans for their continued support and expressed his anticipation for the event.

The clash between Magomedov and Pereira is expected to be one of the standout contests on the card, which will be headlined by a lightweight bout between Rafael Fiziev and Ignacio Bahamondes Torres.
