UFC Fight Night in Baku to Attract Fans from Nearly 70 Countries

There are only a few days left until UFC Fight Night: Fiziev vs. Torres, which will take place on June 27 at the National Gymnastics Arena.

Interest in the event remains high among fans. Ticket sales are outperforming last year’s figures, with 50 percent of purchased tickets accounted for by international spectators.

The greatest interest in the tournament is shown by fans from the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Türkiye, Kazakhstan, and Israel. In total,UFC Fight Night Baku tickets have been purchased by MMA enthusiasts from 67 countries worldwide.

It is worth noting that Azerbaijan is currently the only country in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), as well as in Central Asia and the South Caucasus, to host UFC events.

UFC Fight Night: Fiziev vs. Torres will take place on June 27 at the National Gymnastics Arena. In the main event of the evening, Azerbaijani fighter Rafael Fiziev will face Mexican fighter Manuel Torres in the lightweight division.

In the co-main event, middleweights Shara “Shara Bullet” Magomedov and Michel Pereira will square off.

Two additional Azerbaijani fighters, Nazim Sadykhov and Farman Gasanova, will also compete on the card. They will face Brazil’s Matheus Camilo and the United States’ Eric Nolan, respectively.
