Aston Martin’s F1 Worth Skyrocket

Aston MartinF1 Team Valued at $3.2 Billion Following New Investment Agreement

The estimated value of the Aston Martin Formula 1 team has risen to $3.2 billion, according to a letter of intent signed by Lagonda Global Holdings Plc with a prospective investor aiming to acquire a minority stake in the team.

As outlined in the agreement, the company has committed to selling a portion of its shares to an undisclosed buyer for $146 million. This transaction implies a total team valuation of $3.2 billion at the time of the deal.

Previously, in the past year, Lagonda Global Holdings Plc sold a minority stake to investment firms HPS Investment Partners and Accel Partners. At that time, Sky News reported the team was valued at $2.6 billion, indicating a year-on-year increase of approximately 23%.

For context, Lawrence Stroll acquired the then-Force India team in 2018 for $117 million, later rebranding it as Aston Martin.
