F1 2026 Grid Officially Confirmed

The FIA has released the official entry list for the 2026 Formula 1 season, including updated team names and driver numbers.

The championship will feature only one rookie Arvid Lindblad as well as the debut of the 11th team, Cadillac, which will field Sergio Perez and Valtteri Bottas, returning to F1 after a one-year hiatus.

Lando Norris will race under the championship number 1, while Max Verstappen will change his familiar number 33 to number 3.

Sauber will effectively become Audi’s factory team, although the Sauber name will be retained. McLaren and Haas have updated their official team names due to new title sponsors.

Power unit changes have also been confirmed: Red Bull Racing and Racing Bulls will switch to Red Bull Ford engines, Alpine will use Mercedes, and Aston Martin will run Honda units.
