Frustration for Piastri After Difficult Sao Paulo GP

Oscar Piastri admitted that the weekend in Brazil turned out far from what he had hoped for. According to him, after a promising Friday practice, the team went in the wrong direction with the car setup, and the sprint crash only made matters worse.

“From the very beginning, things weren’t easy,” Piastri noted. “We lost pace, and the car became unpredictable. The soft tyres didn’t provide enough grip it even felt like they performed worse than the mediums. I’m trying to understand what went wrong and adapt.”

The Australian added that the recent rounds have been inconsistent, but he is learning from each experience and is ready to apply new approaches to regain stability.
