Nike Set to Become Official Formula 1 Supplier from 2027

Formula 1 is preparing to enter a major new partnership with Nike, with the American sportswear giant set to supply apparel for Formula One Management (FOM) staff during race weekends.According to GPBlog, negotiations between the two sides have been ongoing for several months. The partnership is expected to be officially announced during the Las Vegas Grand Prix.Nike has already begun expanding its presence in Formula 1 through its partnership with the new Cadillac team. At the Miami Grand Prix, Valtteri Bottas and Sergio Perez were spotted wearing Nike footwear, while Cadillac team representatives received special Nike Dunk Low sneakers featuring the team’s branding.The potential partnership comes as major sportswear brands continue to strengthen their involvement in Formula 1. Pumaalready supplies official F1 apparel and works with Ferrari, Aston Martin and McLaren, while Mercedes and Audi have long-term partnerships with Adidas.Nike is expected to become an official Formula 1 supplier from the 2027 season.
