The stewards of the Italian Grand Prix issued a warning to Oscar Piastri for failing to comply with the race director’s instructions during the second practice session.
Following the restart, the McLaren driver exited the pit lane before the official signal confirming it was open. In their decision, the stewards emphasized that the incident occurred during practice, where the order of release is not of critical importance, and that Piastri gained no sporting advantage.As a result, they limited the penalty to a warning without imposing further sanctions.
