Pirelli Becomes Title Sponsor of British and Italian GPs

In 2026, Pirelli will become the title sponsor of two of Formula 1’s most iconic races the British and Italian Grands Prix. Both events have been permanent fixtures on the World Championship calendar since 1950.

Having celebrated its 500th Grand Prix this season, the Italian tire manufacturer continues its strategic partnership with Formula 1 and will lend its name to the races at Silverstone and Monza. The British Grand Prix will take place on the first weekend of July, while the Italian round is scheduled for September 4–6.

The choice of these circuits is symbolic: on Pirelli tires, Giuseppe Farina won both the first-ever British and Italian Grands Prix in 1950, going on to claim the inaugural Formula 1 World Championship title that same year.
