Pirelli Takes Over MotoGP Tyre Deal

Pirelli will become the official tyre supplier for MotoGP, replacing the Michelin brand starting from the 2027 season.

The Italian tyre manufacturer has been the exclusive supplier for the World Superbike Championship since 2004 and a partner of the Formula 1 Championship since 2011. By signing a deal with MotoGP, Pirelli aims to further strengthen its brand presence in the world of motorsport.

It is worth noting that Michelin has faced frequent criticism from teams and riders over the past decade, particularly due to recurring issues involving Honda and Aprilia.
