Racing Bulls Partners with Swiss Company Neural Concept to Enhance Car Development Using AI
Racing Bulls has reached an agreement with Swiss firm Neural Concept to utilize artificial intelligence in their car development process.
According to RaceBrief.com, the Italian team will integrate Neural Concept’s AI engineering platform with their aerodynamic development efforts. This partnership aims to accelerate car assembly and improve overall performance.
With AI-assisted systems, the team will be able to rapidly generate design variants and make more informed engineering decisions. Neural Concept’s platform works in conjunction with CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis, enhancing performance while reducing both the cost and duration of aerodynamic wind tunnel tests and CFD evaluations.
Previously, the Williams team also announced they were using the same platform to gain aerodynamic advantages. It is reported that approximately 40% of Formula 1 teams utilize this software in various ways.
