Spanish Glory: Marquez Wins at Home
Alex Marquez claimed victory at the Spanish Grand Prix, securing the first MotoGP win of his career.
At the start of the race, Fabio Quartararo made a strong launch and managed to maintain his position. Francesco Bagnaia moved up into second place, while Marc Marquez dropped to third.
The Spanish round was not without incidents. On lap 3, championship leader Marc Márquez crashed and was forced to retire from the race. On lap 13, Jack Miller also exited the race. During the same lap, Joan Mir and Franco Morbidelliwere battling for sixth place when Mir crashed and was unable to continue. A few laps later, Morbidelli also crashed at turn 11, bringing his race to an end.
In the final results, Quartararo finished second, Bagnaia third, and Maverick Vinales came in fourth.
