Williams has officially confirmed its driver line-up for the 2027 season. Following Alex Albon’s contract extension, the team announced a new multi-year agreement with Carlos Sainz.

Sainz will remain with Williams as part of the team’s long-term project. Team Principal James Vowles highlighted the Spaniard’s important contribution both on track and in his work with the engineers to improve the car. He also praised Sainz for sharing the team’s ambitions and commitment to its development.
