Alpine Wants Improvement After the Summer Hiatus

The Alpine team currently occupies the last place in the Constructors’ Championship, yet harbors high hopes for a strong performance at Zandvoort.

Pierre Gasly commented: "I had a refreshing summer break with family and friends in Portugal. It was essential to recharge after a challenging first half of the season. Now, we are motivated and ready to begin the second half. I have a great affinity for the Zandvoort circuit narrow, fast, and uniquely demanding.I achieved my first podium there last year and now I'm aiming for another strong result."

Franco Colapinto added: "I spent the break with loved ones and kept up my training, so I'm fit and ready to return. I have fond memories of Zandvoort from my junior career in Dutch teams. What's more, this weekend marks one year since my Formula 1 debut. Since then, I’ve grown a lot. The forecast calls for changeable weather, so we'll seize every opportunity to bring home a positive result."
