At Interlagos, Kimi Antonelli explained that following the race in Mexico, Mercedes reviewed its team strategy and reached a mutual understanding. According to him, the team quickly identified its mistakes and is now prepared to act differently should a similar situation arise in the future.

Antonelli also shared that, on his day off, he visited the grave of Ayrton Senna, his motorsport idol. “It was close to my hotel, so I went there with my trainer. I spent some time reading it’s a very peaceful place. I simply wanted to visit and pay my respects,” said Kimi.
