Junior driver receives super license

FIA Approves Super Licence for Red Bull Junior driver Arvid Lindblad

The FIA has officially approved a super licence application for Red Bull junior and Formula 2 driver Arvid Lindblad.

As reported by RaceBrief.com, according to the regulations, a super licence is typically granted only to drivers aged 18 and above — a key requirement for competing in Formula 1. However, Lindblad has received special approval from the FIA, making him one of the few drivers to obtain a super licence before turning 18.

Lindblad currently races for the Campos team in Formula 2. Despite being a rookie in the series, the Swedish driver has already delivered several impressive performances. He is now considered one of the top candidates for a future seat in Formula 1.
