Azerbaijan GP Rescheduled for 2026

Date Announced for 2026 Azerbaijan Grand Prix
The Azerbaijan Grand Prix will take place on September 24–26, 2026, slightly earlier than initially expected. The race was originally scheduled for September 25–27, but the date was changed as September 27 coincides with Remembrance Day in Azerbaijan.
As a result, the updated schedule for the Baku round is as follows:
September 24 – Free Practice 1 & 2
September 25 – Free Practice 3 & Qualifying
September 26 – Race Day
The 2026 Azerbaijan Grand Prix will be one of only two races on the calendar held on a Saturday, the other being the Las Vegas Grand Prix.
Additionally, pre-season testing for the 2026 season has been confirmed:
January 26–30 in Barcelona
February 11–13 and February 18–20 in Bahrain
