Baku Prepares for F1:Partial Road Closures Announced

Baku City Circuit Operations Company Announcement:Partial Traffic Restrictions to Be Applied on Certain Streets of Baku

Starting from 08:00 on September 3, due to asphalt restoration works along Khagani Street towards Bulbul Avenue, traffic movement will be restricted at certain hours of the day.

These restrictions are part of the installation and infrastructure works being carried out in the central streets and avenues of the city in preparation for the Formula 1 Qatar Airways Azerbaijan Grand Prix 2025, scheduled for 19–21 September. The restrictions will be implemented in stages.

Baku City Circuit kindly requests drivers and pedestrians to use alternative routes and thanks residents in advance for their understanding.
