Belgian Sprint Drama:Three Drivers Investigated

Three Drivers Summoned by Stewards Following Sprint Qualifying in Belgium.

Following sprint qualifying at the Belgian Grand Prix, three drivers — Yuki Tsunoda, Pierre Gasly, and George Russell— have been summoned by the stewards to provide clarification regarding separate on-track incidents.

During the first segment of the qualifying session, Pierre Gasly was deemed to have impeded Yuki Tsunoda at Turn 17. The Red Bull team has characterized the incident as a breach of regulations, citing it as an example of prohibited blocking under the FIA Sporting Code.

Additionally, both George Russell and Yuki Tsunoda have been called to explain instances of allegedly driving at an unacceptably slow speed on the circuit during the same qualifying session.

All cases are currently under review by the stewards.
