Cassidy Wins in London Farewell
Nick Cassidy Clinches Second London Victory in Triumphant Farewell with Jaguar
Nick Cassidy delivered a commanding performance to secure his second career victory on the streets of London, marking a memorable conclusion to his tenure with Jaguar TCS Racing. The New Zealand driver’s win came during his final race weekend with the team, providing a fitting send-off for both himself and Team Principal James Barclay, who is also set to depart from his role in the near future.
Cassidy’s teammate, Mitch Evans, began the race from pole position but was unable to convert the advantage into a podium finish. Starting fifth on the grid, Cassidy executed a calculated strategy, capitalising on the Attack Mode power boost at precisely the right moment to seize control of the race.
The result marked Cassidy’s third victory of the 2025 Formula E season and reinforced his reputation as one of the series’ most consistent and tactical drivers.
Nyck de Vries crossed the line in second place, while Pascal Wehrlein secured third, collecting valuable points for the TAG Heuer Porsche Formula E Team. Stoffel Vandoorne, representing Maserati MSG Racing, finished a strong fourth, narrowly missing out on a podium.
