Crawford Wins F2 Sprint in Imola
Crawford Claims Sprint Victory at Formula 2 Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix
The Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix round of the 2025 Formula 2 Championship has concluded, with Jack Crawford securing victory in the Sprint Race. The DAMS driver was followed by Arvid Lindblad and Luke Browning, who completed the podium in second and third places respectively.
ART Grand Prix driver Ritomo Miyata started the race from pole position, while Crawford lined up second on the grid. At the start, Crawford got off the line quicker than Miyata, overtaking him into the first corner to take the lead.
Trident’s Sami Meguetounif faced issues at the start and failed to get off the line properly, losing valuable time.
Crawford maintained control throughout the race, ultimately crossing the finish line first. Arvid Lindblad and Luke Browning held strong positions to complete the podium.
Victor Martins finished fourth, followed by Isack Hadjar in fifth. Ritomo Miyata came home sixth, Leonardo Fornaroli seventh, and Roman Stanek secured the final point in eighth.
