Racing Bulls Take the DHL Fastest Pit Stop Award

During the Miami Grand Prix, the Visa Cash App Racing Bulls Formula One Team delivered the fastest pit stop of the weekend. The crew serviced the car of Arvid Lindblad in just 2.08 seconds, marking not only the best pit stop time of the event, but also the second-fastest pit stop of the current Formula 1 season. The team’s flawless execution allowed the driver to rejoin the race with minimal time loss and maintain his pace against competitors.

In total, teams completed 21 pit stops throughout the race. The longest stop belonged to Nico Hulkenberg on the opening lap, when mechanics were required to replace a damaged front wing. As a result, the stop took considerably longer than a routine tyre change. The incident significantly compromised the German driver’s race and dropped him to the back of the field.
