Formula 1 CEO Stefano Domenicali once again hosted the championship's traditional drivers' dinner on Thursday evening, bringing together members of the paddock for one of the sport's longstanding off-track traditions.
In addition to the current Formula 1 drivers, the gathering also welcomed invited guests and representatives of the new Cadillac team, with a total of 28 people seated around the table.
These informal dinners have become a regular feature of the Formula 1 calendar, providing an opportunity for competitors and senior figures within the sport to meet away from the pressures of race weekend. Domenicali has often used the occasion to discuss matters relating to the championship and its future, but this year's event was said to be free of any major debates or disagreements.
