Driven to Win:Susie Wolff Shares Her Journey

The English word “Driven” may evoke different associations, but in this case, it refers to the non-fiction autobiography of Susie Wolff, which will be released on October 23. A former racing driver who competed in DTM and collaborated with Williams in Formula 1, and now serving as the head of the F1 Academy, Wolff shares her life story, career, and experiences overcoming challenges. It is also noted that she is the wife of Toto Wolff, Mercedes’ Team Principal.

Susie explains that working on the book with her brother took nine months, including late-night editing sessions, revisiting memories of both triumphs and hardships. The audiobook, recorded in three days, became a form of therapy for her. Lewis Hamilton highlighted her perseverance, determination, and ability to inspire others, emphasizing that the book will be valuable to many readers.

In Driven, Susie recounts her first steps in karting, her dream of competing in Formula 1,her experience as the only female driver on various racing circuits, and her continued work in motorsport after retiring from racing. The title reflects her character: inspiration, self-belief, determination, and ambition qualities essential not only in motorsport but in any competitive field.

The autobiography will be published in the United Kingdom by Hodder & Stoughton (Hachette UK) and will also be available in audiobook format.
