Drivers Take Stand Against FIA

According to We Are The Race, twenty drivers from the Formula E championship have submitted a collective letter to the president of FIA, expressing dissatisfaction with the work of the stewards and their decisions during races. Such a move by such a large number of drivers is, in itself, both rare and indicative.

As is often the case in motorsport, decisions made by race officials tend to provoke mixed reactions: some participants are satisfied, while others are not. However, situations in which the majority of the grid shares a similar position are крайне rare and point to growing concerns on this issue.

It is reported that, in their letter, the drivers not only outlined their complaints regarding officiating but also called for a more thorough review of the race director’s actions. They are seeking greater transparency in decision-making and potential changes that would ensure more consistent and clearer application of the regulations for all competitors.
