Fernando Alonso made his Formula1 debut in 2001, having been promoted from a test driver role to a full-time race seat with Minardi.At the time, he was still under the age of 20.Beginning in 2003,Alonso joined Renault, where he competed for four seasons.During his tenure with the French team, he secured two World Drivers’ Championships and played a key role in earning two Constructors’ titles for the team.
