Ferrari Keeps First Run Brief Ahead of Full Tests

Ferrari has decided to deviate from its usual approach to unveiling a new car. Instead of a full shakedown, the team will limit the event to a demonstration run.

On 23 January at Fiorano, Ferrari will present the new car, reveal its name and take it onto the track only for a short show run, covering no more than 15 kilometres. The full filming day, which would allow up to 200 km of running, has been postponed to a later date.

The team is in no rush, with reliability checks set as the priority during the first tests in Barcelona.
