FIA Announces Shanghai as Host of 2026 Awards Ceremony

The Federation Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) has officially confirmed that its annual Awards Ceremony, honouring the winners and podium finishers across its FIA World Championships, will take place on 12 December in Shanghai. The event will be hosted at the Shanghai International Convention Center, a state-of-the-art venue that opened in 2025.

Located on the banks of the Huangpu River, the modern convention centre is renowned for its striking architecture and advanced facilities. The FIA announced Shanghai as the host city during the Formula E race weekend, where the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship is staging a double-header event this weekend.
