Former Ferrari president Luca di Montezemolo has been appointed to the Board of Directors of McLaren Group Holdings Limited.

The Italian executive first joined Ferrari in 1973 as an assistant to the company’s founder, Enzo Ferrari. Di Montezemolo left Ferrari in 2014 following a disagreement with Fiat CEO Sergio Marchionne.
