From F1 to MotoGP:Hamilton Looks to Buy In

Seven-time Formula 1 World Champion and Ferrari driver Lewis Hamilton is exploring the possibility of acquiring a team in the MotoGP championship.This move is driven by the anticipated growth in the series’ popularity following its transition under the management of Liberty Media.According to Autosport, Hamilton is considering four private teams that may soon become available for purchase.

“Representatives of Hamilton and Verstappen have contacted all private teams to discuss the possibility of acquiring them,” said the head of one of the teams.

Previously, Max Verstappen had also shown interest in acquiring a MotoGP team.At present, a deal with Tech3 is ruled out, and the factory teams Honda,Yamaha, Ducati, KTM, and Aprilia are not available for sale. TWG Motorsports, which owns the Cadillac team in Formula 1, supports Hamilton’s intention to enter the MotoGP arena.
