Guanyu Zhou Joins Cadillac as Reserve Driver

The move comes just a few days after Zhou parted ways with Ferrari, where he also served as a reserve driver last season. Guanyu noted that joining Cadillac represents a particularly meaningful step for him ahead of the team’s Formula 1 debut.

“This is one of the most ambitious and promising projects in the championship. I am delighted to become part of it,” Zhou said.

According to the driver, his long-standing collaboration with Graeme Lowdon and Valtteri Bottas makes the move feel like a true reunion, while his recent racing experience and involvement in car development will allow him to make a significant contribution to the team’s preparations.
