Jaguar Racing Unveils Its Most Powerful Duo Yet
At the end of October, the Ricardo Tormo Circuit in Valencia will host the Formula E pre-season tests. From October 27 to 30, the World Championship teams will conduct a series of preparation sessions, followed by a dedicated women’s testing day on October 31.
One of the main highlights will be the debut of Antonio Félix da Costa as part of Jaguar Racing. After parting ways with Porsche Motorsport, the 2020 Formula E Champion will take to the track for the first time in his new team’s colors, joining Mitch Evans as his teammate.
Da Costa, regarded as one of the most experienced and technically skilled drivers in the series, commented:
“It’s an honor to join Jaguar a team with such a rich legacy and commitment to innovation. I’m excited to work alongside Mitch Evans and look forward to beginning this new chapter in my career.”
Together, Evans and da Costa boast an impressive record:270 starts, 26 victories, 60 podium finishes, and 18 pole positions the best combined statistics of any driver pairing in Formula E history.
The new Formula E season will officially commence on December 6 in Sao Paulo.
