Max Verstappen will compete at his home race, the Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort, with a specially designed helmet created exclusively for the race weekend. The helmet features a distinctive design inspired by traditional Dutch Delftware, characterised by blue and light-blue patterns against a white background. The artwork reflects elements of Dutch cultural heritage while incorporating Verstappen’s personal racing identity. A lion, one of the most recognisable national and heraldic symbols of the Netherlands, is prominently featured on the upper section of the helmet. The design also includes a personal detail associated with Verstappen, with the lion’s eyes incorporating the shape of the driver’s logo. The special helmet will be used by Verstappen throughout the Zandvoort weekend, adding a distinctive Dutch element to his appearance at his home Grand Prix.
