Montoya Stays with Prema for 2026 F2 Season

The son of former Formula 1 driver Juan Pablo Montoya, Sebastian, will continue in Formula 2, remaining with the Prema team.The agreement with the 20-year-old driver is set for the 2026 season.

Sebastian commented: “I am very pleased to stay with the team for the next year. This season has been full of challenges and valuable experience;we have worked very well together and are ready for new tests. My goal is to continue developing and delivering strong results.”

Currently, Montoya is in tenth place in the drivers’ standings and has already stood on the podium three times in Monaco, Barcelona, and Silverstone.
