Only One Team Could Lure Norris Away from McLaren

Lando Norris has said he could see himself spending his entire Formula 1 career with McLaren, although he admitted there is only one other team that might tempt him to leave in the distant future.

Speaking on the Beyond the Grid podcast, the reigning World Champion said he remains fully committed to McLaren and is tied to the team by a long-term contract. Norris described the Woking-based outfit as a second family and expressed his desire to continue racing for the team for many years to come.

The Briton stressed that he has never been motivated to change teams solely in pursuit of victories, explaining that the working environment and the people around him are just as important as success on track. At the same time, he acknowledged that winning only strengthens his desire to achieve more.

"For now, I see my future only with McLaren. Of course, there is one team that could interest me, but that is something for the very distant future," Norris said.
