Record Crowd Expected at the Singapore Grand Prix

The 2025 Singapore Grand Prix is on course for a record-breaking turnout. The current benchmark of 302,000 spectators was set in 2022, while attendance slipped to 269,000 last year. This season, however, demand has surged well beyond previous levels.

All tickets were snapped up more than six months ago, but organizers have since released a limited allocation of extra passes to discourage resales. A small number of grandstand and general admission tickets will also be available at the circuit from October 3 to 5, offering fans a last-minute opportunity to be part of the spectacle.

The on-track drama is further fueling the buzz. Both McLaren drivers remain locked in the title fight, while Max Verstappen’s back-to-back wins in Monza and Baku have brought him within striking distance of championship leader Oscar Piastri.

Away from the racing, the weekend promises one of the most star-studded entertainment programs in the event’s history. Foo Fighters and Crowded House will perform on Saturday, with The Smashing Pumpkins, Lewis Capaldi, and a special appearance by Sir Elton John headlining Sunday.

With world-class racing and a blockbuster concert lineup, the Singapore Grand Prix looks set not just to break records, but to deliver one of the most memorable weekends of the season.
